Responsibilities

  1. Data sourcing and Management
  2. International Tele Calling including Cold Calling
  3. Sales Meetings
  4. Sales Proposals
  5. Calls & Email follow ups
  6. Fixing appointments
  • Tasks & Activities : Lead Generation Cold Calling and Follow up calls Email Pitching Data Sourcing and Management Finding data of door openers in corporate firms or decision makers using Google search, Linked Connections, Tools like SNov.io, Email finder, email Database Purchase
  • Sales Proposals : Creating effective proposals to be shared with client covering all needs, requirements, Effective Pricing after getting approval from senior management
  • Sales Meetings : Setting sales meetings with Door Openers Or Decision Makers to understand their requirements, budget, urgency of need of product or service
  • Sale Conversion : Effective follow ups and meetings to close projects/deals. Using effective communication and negotiation skills to close in clients and generate revenue
  • Client Co-ordination : Maintaining healthy relationship with clients for repeat orders, coordinating their needs, requirements to concerned teams for resolution and delivery of product / service.

  1. Fluency in English, Persuasion skills, Rapport Building Skills, Telephone Etiquette, Meeting Etiquette, Selling Skills, Negotiation Skills, Listening Skills, Questioning Skills
